Citratama Export Herbs and Spices is an Indonesian export company with premium quality ingredients based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We provide several kinds of native Indonesian spices including: Cloves, Turmeric, Cinammon, Nutmeg, Candlenut, Gourmet Vanilla Beans (Planifolia & Tahitensis), Vanilla Grade Extract, Vanilla Powder,  Fermented Cacao Bean, Cocoa Powder, Coffee Bean and Coconut Derivatives Products such as RBD Cooking Oil, Virgin Coconut Oil, Desiccated Coconut, Coconut Fibre and Coco Peat.

We use DHL, FedEx, TIKI,  EMS and Airlines Agent as our shipping partners for the air freight (Vanilla Products and any other samples)

For the sea-freight, we can help you to find the best rate as possible.

Moreover, if you want to use another expeditions you can contact us directly through our Email / Whatsapp.

We will offer the fastest and safest shipping without compromising the quality of our products. And of course the international express delivery is included with the tracking number and insurance coverage.

The shipping cost is determined by the quantity of your order. The more the order, the shipping cost will be cheaper (Air-Freight).

For International Customers, we use WISE , Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union (WU) for vanilla bean products and any other samples.

For order by sea-freight, we accept Bank Transfer (T/T), Irrevocable L/C at Sight, Western Union (WU).

 

For every products, we use the best grade packaging to ensure the freshness of products that you bought from us. You can take a look on our product catalog to see the packaging of our products. For Vanilla Beans will arrived in vacuum sealed. They are sealed using commercial best grade equipment that will ensure the freshness for weeks and even years.
